1. Overview

At Peshawar Autos, we strive to provide the highest quality services and products. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Car Repairs: If you experience issues with our repair services, please contact us within 2 days of the service date. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include additional repairs at no extra cost.
  • Wholesale Car and Bike Sales: Vehicles purchased through our wholesale program can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
  • The vehicle is in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
  • The vehicle has not been driven more than 100 miles.
  • All original paperwork and accessories are returned with the vehicle.
  • Import/Export Sales: Due to the nature of imported/exported vehicles, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will review cases individually if there are significant issues with the vehicle upon arrival.
  • For returns of vehicles such as cars and bikes, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be applied; this does not apply to other services offered.

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, receipt, and reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide instructions on how to return the vehicle or schedule an inspection for repair-related issues.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Car Repairs: If a repair issue is deemed valid, we will offer either additional repairs or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.
  • Wholesale Car Sales: Once we receive and inspect the returned vehicle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Import/Export Sales: Refunds for import/export sales are not typically provided. Exceptions may be made for significant undisclosed issues.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping costs for returned vehicles.
  • Any fees associated with importing/exporting vehicles.
  • Vehicles that have been significantly altered or damaged by the buyer.

4. Exchanges

We only replace vehicles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same model, contact us at [customer service email/phone number].

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your vehicle. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
